Agência Minas Gerais | Corpo de Bombeiros de Minas Gerais já aprovou mais de 450 blocos de Carnaval em BH e Região Metropolitana

Com projeção para realizar o Carnaval mais seguro do país em 2024, Minas Gerais conta com a integração das forças de segurança para atuar na repressão de crimes, prevenção de acidentes, resposta e fiscalização.

Já a segurança dos desfiles antes da festa fica por conta do trabalho preventivo do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Minas Gerais (CBMMG) que, com base na legislação contra incêndio e pânico, fiscaliza e orienta organizadores para evitar e reduzir riscos aos foliões.

Neste ano, o CBMMG contará novamente com o Batalhão Carnaval para atender a demanda relacionada principalmente aos blocos carnavalescos da capital e da Região Metropolitana.

Os trabalhos começaram ainda em junho de 2023 e, desde então, a equipe já realizou 44 reuniões com organizadores, aprovando mais de 450 blocos na segurança contra acidentes.

Prevenção

Já no início dos trabalhos preventivos voltados ao Carnaval, os bombeiros formam comissões e estabelecem critérios de segurança para o cadastramento dos blocos e trios elétricos, atendendo a parâmetros como:

–           Prevenção a incêndios nos trios elétricos;

–           Prevenção a quedas nos trios elétricos com utilização de barreiras, sinalização visível com indicação da ocupação máxima e a capacidade de escoamento oferecida pela saída disponível;

–           Requisitos de segurança para as equipes de isolamento;

–           Sonorização do trio elétrico estacionado;

–           Proibições nos trajetos, como interior de túneis ou locais com deficiência de ventilação, áreas sujeitas a inundações, áreas hospitalares, áreas militares, impedindo a movimentação de veículos de urgência e emergência e sobre pontes e/ou viadutos;

–           Medidas de proteção em locais com risco de queda;

–           Proibição de serpentinas metalizadas e bandeiras/mastros.

“Para que tudo corra bem nos dias da folia, o trabalho de fiscalização dos blocos e dos trios elétricos é muito importante. Conferimos a altura dos trios, utilização de barreiras, público máximo, trajetos permitidos e uma série de outras normas essenciais para reduzir o risco de acidentes”, explica o tenente Herman Ziyang Martins Ameno, da assessoria de comunicação do CBMMG.

O planejamento exige uma equipe exclusiva para atender às demandas do evento, como a equipe de fiscalização do Centro de Atividades Técnicas do CBMMG, que trabalha para avaliar os projetos e vistoriar blocos antes e durante os desfiles, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação vigente.

Além de todas essas orientações, os blocos carnavalescos precisam se atentar a uma série de variações de eventos com previsão de público sobre estruturas provisórias como arquibancadas, camarotes, palcos e similares, barracas de comercialização, tendas, espetáculo pirotécnico ou utilização de brinquedos mecânicos.

O CBMMG divulgou uma cartilha aos organizadores de blocos, contendo todas as orientações de segurança.

Por isso, o processo de cadastramento dos blocos junto ao Corpo de Bombeiros Militar demanda tempo e empenho para que a legislação seja rigorosamente cumprida, a fim de evitar incidentes e aumentar a proteção das pessoas envolvidas.

Bombeiros nas ruas

Todo o efetivo do Corpo de Bombeiros de Minas Gerais estará mobilizado, em condições de pronto emprego no Carnaval 2024, inclusive os militares da administração, que reforçam o efetivo nas ruas.

São cerca de 6 mil bombeiros militares em todo o estado, empenhados em ações realização de pontos-base com equipes em locais estratégicos, coordenação de brigadistas presentes em blocos com mais de 50 mil foliões, prevenção contra incêndios e acidentes, ações de prevenção aquática em balneários, entre outras.

Na Região Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte (RMBH), estima-se 2,5 mil bombeiros militares e mais de cem viaturas para atendimento à população. No interior do estado, serão cerca de 3,5 mil bombeiros militares e mais de 500 viaturas.

Aeronaves e drones

Para 2024, é prevista a continuação dos trabalhos de monitoramento por vídeo do público dos maiores Blocos Carnavalescos.

Essa ação será executada por equipes do Batalhão Carnaval 2024 e do Batalhão de Operações Aéreas (BOA), com apoio de pilotos de RPA (drones) do BOA para auxiliar ações de planejamento e resposta a ocorrências durante a festa.

Prevenção aos afogamentos

No carnaval, as atenções do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar de Minas Gerais também estarão voltadas para as áreas de rios, represas e cachoeiras, fora dos grandes centros urbanos, e que também recebem um grande número de turistas no período.

A instituição busca desenvolver atividades de prevenção aquática com equipes de bombeiros militares posicionadas em regiões estratégicas, como balneários, visando a redução do tempo de resposta e a conscientização da população sobre situações de risco em áreas aquáticas, evitando que ocorrências graves aconteçam.

A corporação possui aeronaves com equipe médica embarcada no Suporte Aéreo Avançado de Vida em condições de acionamento.

A capacitação e treinamento continuado fazem parte da rotina da corporação com o objetivo de manter os bombeiros militares preparados para atendimento, em qualquer tempo, de afogamento e outras naturezas de ocorrências.
