Nesse per\u00edodo 305 lotes j\u00e1 foram regularizados e 538 est\u00e3o em fase de cart\u00f3rio, que compreende an\u00e1lise, aprova\u00e7\u00e3o ou eventuais corre\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para a oficializa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em outra ponta, 78 fam\u00edlias receberam os t\u00edtulos de propriedade ap\u00f3s anos, muitas vezes d\u00e9cadas, aguardando obter o direito \u00e0 propriedade definitiva dos im\u00f3veis.
